Jack has over two years experience working in a client-facing, market-facing, operations and compliance role.

 

Experience

For most of our clients, Jack is the first port of call. Jack manages all our client onboarding ensuring due process from a regulatory point of view. He will also put in place specific client requests for income distribution and portal access to provide full transparency of activity on your account.

Jack also has a market facing role and is in regular contact with market makers, building those relationships for the benefit of efficient execution of client trading instructions. He has passed the CISI’s Investment Advice Diploma and is certified to perform a formal client facing role, assisting clients on stock recommendations and portfolio management.
